Terms & Conditions:
You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by a third party.. We may accept returns in case of a damaged or defective product for store credits only. For this purpose, we must receive the merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged by you. Items to be returned must be sent back in their original packaging. We do not provide a refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged in cases of defect or damage; for replacement, we issue store credit if the product meets our terms and conditions.
To return an item, the customer must write to us at email@example.com; a prompt response is assured to such emails. Alternatively, the customer may even call our customer care number +91 - 7021991758, which remains open 10 am to 8 pm on 6 DAYS (Monday to Saturday). We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit while returning.
Our terms and conditions about returns and exchange are as follows:- If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately. Our return and exchange policy are, however, subject to the following:
(a) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. We request you to please inform our customer care department in the event of any Goods/products delivered without tags
(b) Where provided, products and any packaging such as bills, carry boxes, and brand tags should be included in the returned order.
(c) Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
(d) You must try socks on a carpeted surface if needed to be checked, with the tags intact.
(e) Goods will be considered faulty only if they are delivered in a damaged condition. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same variant, subject to availability.
(g) All used products not in their original form are non-returnable.
(h) We may accept returns in some cases for account credit only. For this purpose, the customer needs to notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery.
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed. We will provide store credits against the cancellation of an order.
The sale offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, discount, or coupon code. If your order consists of sale products and full-priced merchandise, coupon or discount code will only be applied to the non-discounted product.
We do not take cash on Delivery orders.
During the sale period, the timeline for delivery is 48 to 72 hours more than normal delivery times. Orders not confirmed will be canceled.
Any changes that need to be made once an order has been placed should be done before shipping. Please send in an email or text us at +91-7021991758 within 12 hours of placing the order. Once your order cancellation has been approved, payment will be refunded in 7 - 10 working days if your order was prepaid and not shipped.
All orders will be processed within 2-3 working days and, after that, shipped, typically taking 5-7 working days in Pan India.
